Life, balance, peace, happiness, and love
-Life is about balance, expecation management, peace, happiness, and love
-Balance is having/believing/doing a little bit of everything.
-Peace is 有肠蠕动，肚里没有气 not a lot of unwanted muscle contraction
-Happiness is love, peace, satisfaction, fullfillment
-Love is about energy flow, giving and receiving, primarily giving (when you give, you receive:P)

Check inner ring of the tire, wear gloves when changing it
A friend of mine reminded me that one of my tires needs more air. But I thought that's true but not that bad, until the tire broke out the next morning. The tire weared out. It turned out the inner ring severely broke out with steel wiring exposed, while the outer ring looks ok.
When I changed with the replacement, I scratches my hands because of the steel wires. The morale of this story: check both inner and outer parts of the tire and wear gloves when you do some labor work:)
